I train horses and dogs for a hobby. Other wise I go to school at North Dakota State University. I am from a small town in Minnesota, Pine City. In pine city I belong to a saddle Club called chengwatana riders. I train horses and dogs. I own 2 horses one is rusty he is my 22 year old game horse currently retired and a 5 year old quarter horse named Moonshadow. She is really slow so I use her for western pleasure and english. I trained her since she was a yearling. I also own two cats, kalli and simba and a beagle named peggy.  |
I suppose some of you are wondering why I called my homepage Rusty's Training. I did because I started my own little buisness training horses and dogs for people in my area. I have trained horses for about 6 years and trained dogs for about 12 years. I did it for fun at first in 4-H. I had a really good time and I showed animals at every level of compation. My first horse I trained was Moonshadow (I call her shadow) I bought her from Wendy Tchida when she was a yearling and entered her in the training program for 4-H. It is a program that tests 4-h'ers abilitys of training a horse from a yearling up until it is able to be trained to be riden and I Did that with shadow. I recieved grand at the county level and showed her down at the state fair and recieved 6th out of 30 people I didnt think that was that bad. other horses I went against were 6 years old and shadow was only 2. she is great. I have also trained a app/quarter cross,Arabian cross, four quarter horses, and 2 aztecas. I also give riding lessons. so I guess that explains my webvpage title. | |||||||||||||||||||

I currently have one horse up for sale: she is an Azteca Her name is Sunny's Legado (we call her legs:)) she is stands about 15 3/4 hands. she foaled 4/10/95. she is a black color but she is starting to gray. she is started in training. Legs in a very well mannered and a good tempared horse. Looking for a good home.
